Why a Tuesday and Wednesday?
Mr. Hess has quite a few stops to make during his North America Tour and there are only so many weekends available.
What time will it start?
To accommodate all the riders, the event will run from 8:00am to 5:30pm both days.
Will there be food on site?
The VIP tables as well as riders will have lunch provided. There will also be a food truck on site.
Is there local accommodations?
There are hotels within a 20min drive. We will also have a few RV stalls with hook ups available for those who want to stay on site. RV Stalls are $125 Monday evening to Wednesday evening.
Is there sponsorship opportunities?
We would love for local businesses to get involved. We are asking businesses to donate door prizes in exchange for recognition at the event as well as the opportunity to set up a vendor table if they wish. We will definitely be looking to volunteers for various jobs including set up, take down and event logistics. You can fill out this form and we will be in contact with you.
